I am Esha

Namaste !

I am a certified yoga teacher with over 6 years of teaching experience and an extensive 900-hour Teacher Training background. Specializing in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Flow styles, Esha skillfully guides students of all levels through their yoga journey, fostering a deeper connection to their practice and inner peace. Her compassionate approach and expertise create a nurturing online environment, empowering students to explore and evolve their yoga practice with confidence and mindfulness.


 Though she embraces a modern approach, her teachings remain rooted in tradition and authenticity. 


 From a remarkably young age, she embraced her deep-seated passion for yoga, Dhyana (meditation), and Sadhana (spiritual practice), immersing herself in these profound disciplines with unwavering enthusiasm and commitment.
